To the Tlingkit totem-indian tribe in Canada & Alaska, "Guneshcheesh" means 'Thank you'.

And so, here, I begin my "thanks" journal. It is believed that if you give thanks for 5 things everyday, and list them, you will better recognize the riches you have in your life and be happier for it.

So my 5 things for today are...

• The sun shining in my face on the way to work this morning.
• The rich greens of the grass and trees coming back after a long winter.
• My Pirates of the Carribean antennae ball.
• My wonderful comfortable bed.
• The wonderful comfortable man who shares my bed.
